Want to learn which of our packages is the best for your smile goals?
All you need is your phone! Our team of dentists and Invisalign providers will review your teeth selfies and provide a recommendation. Just follow these three steps:

Step 1: Provide us with your name, contact info, and location.
Step 2: Smile for some selfies!
We’ll need the five angles of your teeth that are shown in the photos below (right side, left side, front view, upper jaw, and lower jaw). After taking these five photos, please upload them using the “Upload File” button that corresponds with the angle of your teeth shown in the picture.
Step 3: Provide a message telling us what your smile goals are.
Step 4: Submit and wait for us to respond.
Shortly after receiving your submission, we will provide more information about your treatment options and costs.
